Blueberries cacao elixir

If you want to have a cup full of antioxidants, this combo will give you what you need and more!

Both cacao and blueberries are rich in antioxidants, which combat free radicals and promote cellular rejuvenation.

RECIPE:

~ 1 tbsp of chopped ceremonial cacao

~ 1 cup of coconut milk

~ Spices: cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne pepper

~ 1 tsp of rice syrup

~ 1 handful of blueberries

Preparation:

Pour the coconut milk into a pot over low to medium heat, and add your chopped cacao. Once the cacao is completely melted, add your spices and rice syrup.

Once everything is well mixed, pour it into a heatproof blender and add the blueberries.

And voilà!

Enjoy a delicious, frothy cup of cacao!
